Every year, the Trinity College International Hip-Hop Festival brings artists from all over the world to represent hip hop and social activism together in Hartford, Connecticut at the Trinity College Campus. In 2012, the festival started shooting original cipher videos with the artists coming through for the festival. In 2012, two ciphers were released (Cipher #1, Cipher #2), and for the 2013 festival, another two will be released. Today, the first of the two was released. With Nomadic Wax’s DJ Boo on the drums, this one features underground legend Mr. Lif (USA), Self Suffice (USA), Lah Tere (USA), Kama (Kenya), Humanist (Burkina Faso/France), Mandeep Sethi (India/USA), and MC K-Swift (USA).
